With an ultra-fine 1.5 denier thickness and precise 38mm length, it provides lightweight softness while its flame-retardant modification effectively inhibits flame spread, complying with international safety standards such as EN11611 and EN11612. Ideal for manufacturing firefighting suits, industrial heat-resistant garments, welding protection gear, and other safety textiles, it combines abrasion resistance, anti-static properties, and chemical resistance. Can be blended with other flame-retardant fibers to enhance composite performance. Custom colors and functional coatings available to meet various protection-level requirements.
Technology Features
Total heat nylon fiber incorporates nano ceramic material that absorbs the sun's high-energy band (0.3 to 2.0 um energy accounting for 95%) and converts it into heat energy, while reflecting nearly 100% of the human body's low energy band (10 microns wavelength).
